Jodie Ann, teen singer, songwriter

British-born singer Jodie Ann spent her childhood days in Cape Town from a very early age. Her love for singing was apparent from the age of 3 when she would sing in the kitchen with her mom. At the age of 6 she went on to perform on stage, and enter singing competitions. Songwriting soon became her passion, and she filled her books with lyrics that we will all soon become familiar with.

Jodie Ann signed with record label 2C2C in 2021, her first single with them; Happier Free, was released in October 2021.

Jodie Ann also released a single in March 2021 to support a local cause helping children who suffer with their mental health. Jodie Ann wrote 'Younger Me' at the age of 14. All profits from 'Younger Me' will be donated to The Sunshine Room to give children age 5 - 19 free counselling.

Jodie Ann released HABITS in February 2022, which was developed from a feeling of being unseen, unheard and lonely, albeit being surrounded by people.
